Video Services

We are equipped to record stage shows. We have recorded over 100 of our own shows and so have developed the tools and experience required for the job. For this we use one or more cameras that do not move during your show, plus audio recording equipment (mixed wired and wireless). We can either give you the raw files or process them ourselves. If your own people also record the show including hand-held video, we can easily take that content, sync it up, and include it in the final product.

Our primary Camera is a Sony A7S3, and we record in 4K 10-bit, normally at 29.97FPS, though a few fast action projects benefit from 59.94FPS, and we can do that too.

Pricing

We charge $75/hr including 1 hour of set up, 30 minutes of take down, plus the duration of your show for recording, and the same hourly rate for editing. For simple jobs where you supply all the artwork for the beginning and end. Such simple jobs usually require about 1 hour of editing per one hour of your show. Multi camera videos take an additional 0.5 hours per extra camera.

Note that while we work hard to get good sound, sometimes noisy environments make that difficult. If that's the situaton, we'll discuss options, but cannot perform miracles.

We've also done other video work including short films and music videos. We generally only do this work for friends, as the editing can take unpredictable amounts of time.

The final video will be put somewhere private that you can download it from, and belongs to you. We will not use it or publish parts of it without your permission, though if it is made public on YouTube, Vimeo, or similar services, we ask permission to post a link to it for others to be able to see the quality of our work.

We offer this service for people within about an hour's drive of Worcester MA.
